With a background in Organizational Psychology and Strategy, Amy Leishman combines a research background with consulting experience to help leaders accelerate their learning. She has led market research projects in Peru, Italy, Nigeria, New Zealand, Muaritius, French Polynesia, and Mexico. She has co-authored a chapter in a psychology textbook and presented work on Innovation, Shame, and Guilt at an international research conference. She earned an MBA from the Marriott School of Management with emphases in Strategy and Social Innovation.

Mark brings 20 years of corporate management and leadership training experience at Franklin Templeton, Kaiser Permanente and Oracle Corporation. During that time he designed and delivered dozens of management training programs and has held management roles leading teams of over 100 people.

Since 2005 Mark has led his own training consultancy and is known for his engaging workshops and warm sense of humor. He is a highly sought after facilitator for providers like CLS, the Wiseman Group, the de Bono Group, and VitalSmarts, as well as his own custom content. He has global leadership training experience working with managers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, and current clients include the Cleveland Clinic, Salesforce, Sasol, Stanford Children’s Health, Stanford Healthcare, and Women Unlimited. Mark holds an MBA from California State University Hayward (East Bay) and lives with his family in the San Francisco Bay Area.
